PrivateFlite Aviation is seeking qualified SIC candidates for our fleet of Citation Aircraft. We currently operate Citation Bravos, Citation Excel/XLS, and Citation Sovereigns. It is expected that the candidate live within a one and half hour distance from KJVY.
The pilot will report directly to the Chief Pilot. The pilot prepares and ensures the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in accordance to FAR and company procedures. The pilot is invested in our company culture to always “Provide the Ultimate Client Experience”

Oversees Flight Operations ensuring aircraft are operated to the highest level of safety and that all crew members always maintain professional standards.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with minimal supervision
Leads, manages, and directs pilots and Base Chief Pilots to ensure the highest standards of safety, efficiency, professionalism and quality of Flight Operations
The Director of Training is responsible for supervising, facilitating, and coordinating all training for pilots and operational support personnel as related to all training company and federal requirements
The Director oversees the Inflight operations to ensure the workforce feels engaged, motivated, productive and supported, while maintaining compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations and Company policies and procedures
